NCI Golf Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of NTUC Club, is seeking team players to join its team at its brand new Marina Bay Golf Course and driving range, strategically located at Rhu Cross, a stone’s throw away from the new downtown business district of Singapore.
   
Positions Available:
  1. Customer Relations Officers
  2. Golf Assistants (Operations)
  3. Trainee Supervisors (Golf Operations)

Customer Relations Officer :
  • Responsible for attending to all enquiries and counter duties.
  • Requirements:

- 18 years and above, male or female
- Able to speak, read and write English
  relatively well
- Minimum ‘N’ level or ITE
- 6-days’ rotating shift work week
   (including weekends and public holidays)
- Ability to speak other languages will be an
  advantage
- Related working experience in customer
  relations an advantage
Golf Assistants (Operations) :
  • Requirements:

- Singaporean / Permanent Residents
- 6 days’ work week, rotating shifts
   (including weekends and public holidays)
- Physically fit as physical work is involved
- Able to read, speak and write English
- Minimum secondary or ITE qualifications
- Positive and warm personality
- Training will be provided
Trainee Supervisors (Golf Operations) :
  • Responsible for daily golf operations
  • Position Profile :

- A team player
- Has a personable yet outgoing personality
- Must have a positive attitude
- Service minded
- Excellent communicator

  • Requirements:

- 6 days’ work week, rotating shifts
   (including weekends and public holidays)
- Effectively billingual
- Ability to speak other languages will be an advantage
- Minimum 'O' Level
- Fresh poly graduates in sports, leisure, and/or hospitality management programmes are welcome
