Prevailing charges apply. MBGC reserves the
rights to revise its pricings from time to time
without any prior notice or any reason(s).
Golf charges are non-transferable.
Advance booking fees are non-refundable.
There shall be no more than four (4) golfers
and two (2) buggies in each flight.
Every 9 holes will be treated as a new game.
For golfers who wish to play an additional of
9 holes on the day of play, they may do so subject
to the availability of tee times. The additional
golfer charges for the second 9 holes must be
paid at the Customer Relations Counter before
golfer commences their new round of 9 holes.
Tee
Time
Tee times run from 7am to 5pm daily, at an
interval of eight (8) minutes between flights
for 18-hole game and at an interval of ten (10)
minutes for 9-hole game.
For guaranteed tee time bookings, all payments-golf charges, advance booking fees* and night golf lighting charges* -must be made upon booking. The booking will only be accepted and confirmed when MBGC acknowledges the receipt of the full amount payable.
For those without any guaranteed tee
time bookings, tee times on the desired day
of play shall be allocated on a first-come-first-served
basis, subject to availability.
Only cash, CashCards, NETS, Visa and MasterCard
credit cards are accepted when making payments
in person at MBGC.
Bookings can be done via facsimile (3% administrative
charge applies) from 9.00am to 5.00pm, or in
person at the Customer Relations Counter from
9.00 am to 9.00pm daily.
The following information must be provided

The golfer who does the booking shall be the
"lead golfer". MBGC will only accept
instructions on name changes from the "lead
golfer". Only those golfers named on the
booking form and whose identities have been
verified with their ID will be allowed to play
on the stipulated day.
A minimum of three (3) golfers are required
in each flight. MBGC reserves all rights to
slot in golfers to fill any vacant slots without
having to inform the "lead golfer".
Single golfer or two (2) balls shall be placed
on the waiting list. MBGC reserves all rights
to slot in golfers to fill any vacant slots
without having to inform the "lead golfer".
MBGC shall at its discretion allow single
golfers or two (2) balls to tee off, whenever
appropriate.
No substitution of golfers is allowed when
the round of golf has commenced.
Evening
and Night Golf
Evening golf is only available on Wednesday,
Thursday and Friday, tee times running from
3.32pm to 4.28pm (18-hole).
Evening golf lighting charges will apply on top of the golf charges and advance booking fees*.
Night golf is only available on Wednesday,
Thursday and Friday, tee times running from
4.36pm to 8.20pm (18-hole and 9-hole)

All golfers shall tee off from the following
tee-boxes:
Men All Handicaps (White)
Ladies All Handicaps (Red)
MBGC may at its absolute discretion suspend
the night golf on either a Wednesday, Thursday
or Friday to avail the night golf on any other
day without prior notice or any reason(s).
Registration
All golfers must register in person at the
Customer Relations Counter no less than thirty
(30) minutes before the stipulated tee time,
failing which late comers will be rescheduled
to the next available time slot of if unavailable,
rescheduled to the last of flights or cancelled
with no refund of any fees at the absolute discretion
of MBGC.
Upon registration, all golfers must
produce their ID/Passports for verification
purposes. Visitors' rate will apply to Singaporeans
and Permanent Residents who fail to show proof
of their nationality.
Handicap
Requirements
All golfers must show the latest/current official handicap certificates, failing which the golfer concerned will be redirected to an admission test conducted by MBGC officials at a fee of $10 per test. Results of the test will be valid for a period of one (1) month from the date of test. Only golfers with latest/current official handicap certificates are allowed to play at MBGC. All handicap certificates must be from recognized golf governing bodies and associations (please refer to www.sga.org.sg for the full list). There shall be no refund of any fee for golfers who fail to adhere to this rule.
Only PC holders with PCs issued by SGA associated
and affiliated local golf clubs are allowed
to play in MBGC (please refer to www.sga.org.sg
for the full list). They are allowed to play
on weekdays before 2.00pm only, subject to booking
and availability of tee times. PCs issued by
other golf academies/entities/bodies will not
be recognized by MBGC. There shall be no more
than two (2) PC holders in each flight.
Upon successful registration on stipulated
day of play, all golfers shall be issued non-transferable
Course Tickets. They will then proceed to the
buggy issuance area to collect their buggies,
ten (10) minutes before the stipulated tee time.
MBGC reserves the rights to take appropriate
action of up to stopping play against golfers
whose play are inconsistent with their handicaps
with no refund of any fees at the absolute discretion
of MBGC.
Control
of Play
All golfers shall produce their ID, non-transferable
Course Tickets and handicap or proficiency certificates
on demand before they tee off.
All golfers commencing a round of golf shall
start at the tee as advised and shall play each
hole thereafter in proper sequence.
Golfers must play in the time slot booked
and not in any other slot.
Only golfers of official handicaps not more
than 24 for men and 36 for ladies are allowed
to play during weekends / public holidays.
All golfers shall tee off from their respective
tee-boxes according to their handicaps.
Men: Handicaps 0 to 18 (Blue) / All Handicaps
(White)
Ladies: Handicaps 0 to 18 (White) / All
Handicaps (Red)
All golfers shall report to the starting tee
at least ten (10) minutes before their tee-off
time. Any late comers shall be rescheduled to
next available time slot and if unavailable,
the flight will be rescheduled to the last of
flights or cancelled with no refund of fees
at the absolute discretion of MBGC.
Golfer who has finished his game and wishes
to make use of the practice greens is requested
to pay at the reception counter before he commences
practice session.
Marshals, Starters and authorized officers
of MBGC are authorized to monitor the conduct
of golfers, slow play and handicap restrictions
during control of play.
MBGC may at its absolute discretion require
any golfer to discontinue his/her play if in
the opinion of MBGC, the golfer has misbehaved
or whose conduct is prejudicial or is a nuisance
to other golfers, with no refund of any fee.
MBGC may at its absolute discretion, suspend
or modify without prior notice or any reason(s),
the control of play guidelines.
Cancellation
Cancellation of advance booking(s) must be
made in writing by the "lead golfer"
and sent via email or facsimile to MBGC no less
than two (2) days before the stipulated day
of play. Cancellation of booking will be effected
only when MBGC acknowledges receipt of the cancellation
in writing.
Refunds will be made for golf charges and/or
night golf lighting charges* for cancellation
of advance bookings. Advance booking fees are
non-refundable.
Administrative charges will apply for refunds
made.
Refund
Policy
Golf charges are non-refundable unless MBGC
announces play for the day or session is abandoned.
Refund of green fees only, by way of non-transferable
rain checks, will apply only if the golfer(s)
has not started playing the first hole. Refund
of green fees must be claimed on the same day
in person. Claims of refund on another day will
not be entertained.
There shall be no refund of any fees once
the golfer(s) has teed off.
Golfers who have left the premises of MBGC
prior to the announcement of the golf course
closure for the day will not be eligible for
refunds of any fees.
Course
Closure/Re-opening in event of Inclement Weather
In event of lightning, all golfers must stop
play immediately. They should seek shelter at
the nearest lightning protected rain shelter
of building.
If golfers decide to abandon their round
rather than wait for the course to re-open,
there shall be no refund of any fees.
Siren signals:
Discontinue play: Series
of 20 seconds blasts
Resume play: Series of
5 seconds blasts
Abandon play: Continuous
blast
All golfers shall discontinue play immediately
when the siren is sounded. Play shall resume
only after the resume play siren is sounded.
No golfer shall continue play when the course
is closed or resume play before the course is
re-opened for play.
If the course closure takes place during play,
the golfers are permitted to continue the game
when the course is re-opened. Golfers have to
discontinue the game and make way for the next
session if they cannot cross-over before the
commencement of the next session.
Use
of Buggies
The use of buggies, on twin sharing basis,
is compulsory.
Each buggy can accommodate a maximum two(2)
and two (2)golf bags at any one time.
Buggies must strictly be kept to
the cart paths. Free roaming of buggies
is not allowed unless otherwise advised. Recalcitrant
golfers will be given warnings and/or asked
to vacate MBGC immediately. There will be no
refund of any fees paid. All Marshals, maintenance
personnel or authorized persons are allowed
free roaming.
Only adult golfers are allowed to drive the
buggies, no driving licenses would be required,
but MBGC reserves the rights to refuse a golfer
to drive if there are reasonable grounds that
he/she is not fit to drive.
All golfers must return the buggies to the
buggy return area immediately upon completion
of the golf rounds.
Golfer must return his buggy to the buggy
return area as soon as the golf game is finished
and that no practise on the practising greens
will be allowed after the game.
All golfers must exercise care when operating
the buggies as golfers are responsible for the
liabilities, damages. replacement costs and
repairs arising from their use of the buggies.
Golfers who refuse to pay the required compensation
to MBGC for damages will have their playing
rights suspended until payment is made of the
matter is resolved.
Abuse of the buggies of any kind is strictly
forbidden, MBGC reserves the right to take disciplinary
action against the errant golfer, including
asking the golfer to vacate MBGC immediately.
There will be no refund of any fees paid.
Pace
of Play Guidelines
All golfers should play at a good pace. It
is everyone's responsibility to keep pace with
the group in front. Golfers are expected to
complete playing the first four holes in under
an hour.
Golfers must be ready to play as soon as it
is their turn to play. When the play of a hole
has been completed, golfers should immediately
leave the putting green and proceed to the next
tee.
If a golfer believes his/her ball may be
lost, to save time, he/she should play a provisional
ball.
Golfers searching for a ball should
signal the golfers in the group behind them
to play through as soon as it becomes apparent
that the ball will not easily be found. They
should not search for more than five minutes before doing
so. Similarly, golfers are advised not to indulge
in picking up balls from the ponds and burns,
causing slow play.
Golfers must not play until the group is out
of range. Disciplinary action will be taken
against golfers who engage in dangerous play.
Observance
of Rules and Regulations
Golfers must observe and follow the dress
code (see Dress Code), R&A/USGA rules of
golf and etiquette and MBGC local rules.
The use of soft spikes shoes is compulsory.
Golfers must adhere to rules and regulations

Safety
For the enjoyment of all, golfers must take
care of the golf course by:
Raking the bunkers
Repairing divots
Repairing ball marks
Avoiding causing damage to the golf course
by removing divots when taking practice swings
or by hitting the head of a club into the ground,
whether in anger or for any other reason(s).
If a golfer consistently disregards these
guidelines during a round, appropriate disciplinary
action will be taken against the offending golfer.
Recalcitrant golfers will be given warnings
and/or asked to vacate MBGC. There will be no
refund of any fees paid.
Young
Golfers
Junior golfers under the age of sixteen (16)
would not be allowed to operate a buggy unless
authorized by MBGC.
Young golfers below the age of twelve (12)
are allowed on course provided one has official
handicap and is accompanied by a playing golfing
adult.
Golf
Bags & Golf Club
There shall be no sharing of golf bags and
golf clubs.
For easy identification and security reasons,
golfers are advised to put identification tags
on their golf bags.
Golfers'
Insurance
All golfers must have their own golfers'
insurance.
For those without, they must purchase their
golfers' insurance from MBGC at $5 per golfer
on a per round basis at registration.
Dress
Code
Golfers must observe and follow the dress
code. The use of soft spikes is compulsory.
Use
of Lockers
Under no circumstances is NCI Golf Pte Ltd
or MBGC to be responsible for any loss, damage
or theft howsoever caused to the belongings
or properties of the visitors or golfers by
the use of the lockers.
General
Conduct of Visitors or Golfers
Only golfers are allowed on the golf course
- gallery walking is strictly not allowed.
Joggers, cyclists and pets are strictly not
allowed on the golf course.
All visitors must behave in a considerate
and courteous manner towards other persons and
MBGC's officers and employees.
No person shall use any obscene language
or behave in such a way as to cause annoyance
or distress to another person.
No person shall reprimand any MBGC' officers,
employees, authorized persons, visitors or golfers
for any reason(s) whatsoever. Any feedback or
complaint shall be made in writing direct to
the General Manager of MBGC. MBGC may at its
absolute discretion entertain or reject any
feedback or complaint as it may deem fit and
suitable without giving any reason(s).
MBGC reserves its absolute right to declare
a visitor or golfer to be an unwelcome visitor
or golfer. An unwelcome visitor or golfer may
be barred from using all facilities of MBGC.
Disclaimer
Under no circumstances is NCI Golf Pte Ltd,
the owner of Marina Bay Golf Course, to be responsible
for any injury or death howsoever or whatsoever
caused to any visitors or golfers or for any
loss or damage howsoever or whatsoever caused
to the belongings or properties of the visitors
or golfers.
MBGC reserves all rights to amend, modify
or change any of the rules and regulations from
time to time without any prior notice and reason(s).
