Cancellation of Golf Game Bookings (7 April onwards)
All bookings for games from 7 April onwards have been cancelled and will be fully refunded. No written request for cancellation will be required.
We seek your understanding that the refund process will take longer than usual. In view of the extension of the circuit breaker period, we are working closely with the bank to process the refunds.
As the refund will not be reflected on golfer's credit card statement in April, it is advisable that the credit card bill be settled first to avoid late charges and/or penalty imposed by the bank. Alternatively, the golfer may wish to contact his/her credit card issuing bank to request for a waiver, which will be subject to the bank's discretion.
Please note that we will extend rain checks which are expiring between 4 April and 4 May out of goodwill. No written request for extension is required.
Nationwide, many work places have been closed and services impacted. While we are taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff as they work from home during this time, please be assured that we are doing our utmost to ensure that once the golf course reopens, our operations will resume as soon as possible.
